The NRW Ministry of Economic Affairs has extended the repayment period for emergency aid to November 30, 2023. This takes the pressure off the boiler and gives entrepreneurs five months more time.
In addition, this helps those who have the #ignrwimmediate help involved in the lawsuits against the repayments. The decision of the Münster Higher Administrative Court is still pending. She will influence the further procedure of the IG-NRW emergency aid.
