Mothergrid Talk: 1. Evaluation of the survey on COVID-19 outages

Mothergrid Talk "1. Evaluation of the survey on COVID-19 failures:

Over 2,000 people have now taken part in our survey on COVID-19 outages. We did a small interim evaluation with 1000 participants. Marcus presented the first tendencies and figures in a talk with Markus Wilmsmann from Mothergrid: https://bit.ly/2Wayswu

According to information, around 5,100 events were canceled in the period up to March 31, 2020, which is almost 16,000 days of use.

In the period from April 1st to June 30th, 2020, around 17,400 days of work were canceled. (Marcus made a mistake at this point in the interview. We apologize for this.)

In the case of orders that are currently being held back, but which are now becoming increasingly likely to be canceled, we have already recorded a possible default sum of €32 million for 1,000 respondents.

We are already going into politics with these concrete figures, making them available to the federal ministries and chambers of commerce.
Next Tuesday we will transmit the current figures.

The poll is still running. So if you have not yet taken part, you are welcome to do so: https://www.umfrageonline.com/s/0efb44d
