Again changes to the FAQs of the November help

This time became point "2.3 How is turnover defined?" concretized. The changes are again marked in italics in the FAQs.

Here is the FAQ:

Questions of a general nature (e.g. eligibility to apply) should be addressed to the Service desk of the BMWi to judge. The service desk can be reached on the service hotline +49 30-52685087 (service hours Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
