With the "nx-gen" platform, the Event Management Interest Group (IGVW) eV is continuing the successful Swiss education offensive "Next Generation 2021" of its member svtb - Swiss Association of Technical Stage and Event Professions with expanded content and new partners in Germany. Various projects are planned together with the Warriors KDM eV (Warriors with Culture and Democracy and Human Rights). The center is a positive campaign for and with young people in the industry. This addresses all potential newcomers and lateral entrants, immigrants and refugees who will make up the next generation of the diverse event world, as well as the current actors who lay the foundation for a diverse, resilient and qualified future in the event industry want to create.
The IGVW calls on everyone working in the event industry to give a little insight into their world. For this we ask for the upload of short video clips from the daily work. Whether technology, planning, decoration, catering or merch, whether from event locations, truckers, security, artists or stage hands. All facets of the work at events of all kinds are in demand
