Since it was founded in 2015, isdv has been dealing with the topics of bogus self-employment, status determination and forms of commissioning. In the political sphere, she is involved in the relevant committees and technical discussions of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. In discussions and specialist articles, members and non-members are informed about these topics.
After the forced Corona break and the first wave of jobs, we want to bring the issue of status determination back onto the general agenda.
On April 1st, 2022, changes were introduced in the status determination procedure, which also affect event management. In addition, a judgment on emergency doctors in October 2021 introduced further special features into the consideration, which necessitates a new assessment with regard to management positions in the event industry.
