"In the past two years, it has been particularly difficult for our trainees to exchange ideas with other trainees during the pandemic. As a result, there is no common 'we'. With the Next Lightshow we are creating a platform for exchanging your creative ideas.

Especially in Europe, cross-border cooperation is more important than ever. Many productions and events no longer take place in just one country. Especially in this case, it is important to know different working methods and customs. And a larger personal network helps. This competition should also provide the opportunity to get to know each other," says Larry Busch, who supports the project team as a representative of the OETHG Academy.
