Since 2019, it has actually been agreed (parties and many associations) that compulsory retirement provision makes sense for the self-employed. Now the "House of the Self-employed (HDS)" is presenting a legal opinion in an event that has it all. Not only are already refuted figures used, but the self-employed are the ones society needs to protect against and agreements that have already been made are to be thrown overboard.
The "House of the Self-Employed" is definitely not a friend of the self-employed and does not represent the opinion of the self-employed associations.
